Design
Our technical team works closely with customers, following them from the design phase to the realization of the final product. We offer a wide range of services, which include: - Consulting on materials, selected according to chemical and mechanical requirements; - Design of customized components; - Feasibility study; - Prototype development; - Evaluation and analysis of materials (mechanical, chemical and thermal); - Problem solving.
Injection & Compression Molding
Our equipment includes vertical and horizontal machines, dedicated to injection and compression molding. We also have 3 machines dedicated exclusively to the manufacturing of liquid silicone items. Moulding is carried out both with traditional methods and with the help of cold runner systems.
Deflashing and Finishing
We carry out deflashing and other finishing operations through different techniques, including stamping, deflashing (manual, cryogenic, stone grinding) and mechanical turning.
Post-Curing
To optimize and stabilize their physical-mechanical properties, we are internally equipped with industrial ovens to post cure our articles.
Dimensional Controls
Our products are constantly monitored during all production phases, through rigorous qualitative and statistical criteria. We use automatic optical and dimensional control systems to guarantee the total conformity of each piece we produce.
Surface Treatments
To meet the specific needs of each customer, we offer a range of surface treatments, which include cleaning and coatings with resistant materials, such as plasma, PTFE, talc, silicone emulsions, molykote and graphite.
